Principal Investigators: Candiolo Cancer Institute ‐ IRCCS is seeking applications for Principal Investigator (PI) positions at junior levels. The Institute is a major international centre for research on basic, translational and clinical oncology. Successful candidates are expected to lead independent research laboratories to study molecular oncology, viral genetics, and mechanisms of cancer evolution. Qualified candidate should have an MD or Ph.D. degree and have completed a highly successful postdoctoral training in biology, genetics, virology, and/or oncology. Candidates with high confidence of doing creative research and strong ambition of making high‐impact discoveries are particularly welcome. Institute provides a generous start‐up package and internationally competitive salaries/benefits. The initial appointment for PIs will be 3 + 2 years, with full funding support from the Institute. Renewal of the appointment will be based on merit and is conditional upon passing reviews by an international committee.
